Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don't need too. You can make purchases and check-out as a guest which means your personal information won't be stored. 

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed, so please carefully check all details to avoid mistakes. 

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Enter the discount code in the field 'discount code' and click add to apply before proceeding to checkout. Please note we are unable to manually apply the discount code to your order if you've forgot to apply it at checkout.

I've received an incorrect item, what should I do?

Please contact support@therapeuticsskincare.com quoting your order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday.
